This is an online class for women only. The class will cover what I consider to be spirituality 101 and take some dives into clearing the patriarchal structures that limit our own and the planetary consciousness.

Meditation and Facilitated Processing
This is an ongoing and class for intermediate and advanced seekers who are ready to do deep work on the dissolution of ego. It is by invitation only. If you would like to join it, please contact me.
Our ego structures and the structures of our world is held in place by deeply held unconscious beliefs and unprocessed traumas. As we clear away all that is not who we truly are we begin to live connected to light.
During the class we meditate and process. The space is intimate and very safe. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you like, there is no pressure. There is no judgement. We do not shy away from the grungy stuff and we aim for breakthroughs in consciousness.
The class is offered in the spirit of the gift but reciprocity in the form of money is encouraged. I do not want anyone to be excluded for finacial reasons. The class is held in Morningside, Durban.
